PAYMENT OPTIONS - DEPOSIT IS $500.00 per person.
Please enter your information in the fillable form fields and print it out.
Mail or drop off your registration forms and checks in the Travel Club mailbox located by the front door at 6420 Cordelia Road, Williamsburg 23188.

Deposits and Travel Insurance provided by the vendor are priced per person.

☐ DEPOSIT CHECK: Make checks payable to Colonial Heritage Travel Club.

☐ INSURANCE CHECK: Make checks payable to Colonial Heritage Travel Club. If you are taking the vendor’s insurance, please submit your check with your deposit. If purchasing on your own, check the time limitations; delayed purchase could limit the types or amounts of coverage or exclude preexisting conditions.

☐ SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS - CREDIT CARDS:  Subsequent payments may be made by credit card via the vendor’s portal; a link will be provided to you.

FLY YOUR WAY OPTION**
If you book your own flights, you are responsible for your domestic airport transportation

GROUP AIR NOTE: For flights provided by the vendor, air seats are assigned by the airline for the entire group and may not be available until airport check-in. Seat changes can only be attempted at the airport and may not be possible. If specific seat assignments are vital to the traveler’s reservation, we recommend booking air on your own rather than booking air with the group.

If Mayflower Cruises & Tours is not providing air, we must have your air schedules 60 days prior to departure in order to provide transfers. (Transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.) For any international travel, we must have a copy of your passport.

** Meet the group for the kick-off dinner at the hotel on the first night.

MOTOR COACH POLICY: Smoking, chewing gum, illegal drugs, firearms or consumption of alcohol are not permitted on the motor coach. You may store unopened alcohol in the luggage storage area and claim at the conclusion of trip. Due to signing of motor coach contracts and state and federal safety regulations, the Travel Club will not assume liability for failure to comply with this policy.

PARKING AT COLONIAL HERITAGE TENNIS COURT LOT: Parking is at your own risk, and Colonial Heritage HOA will not be responsible for damage to vehicles or loss of property from vehicle. If possible, please carpool to limit the number of cars parked. Do not |park in front of the Tennis Courts
