Tour price includes:

  • Rocky Mountaineer Silver Leaf Seating accommodations, round trip air from Dulles to Calgary, round trip Airport transportation from Williamsburg to Dulles, Hotels, Hotel transfers, taxes and Gratuities.

  • 14 Meals: 7 Breakfasts, 3 Lunch, 4 Dinners,

  • Calgary: Enjoy a Panoramic sightseeing tour, Visit the Calgary Tower, Heritage Park, Gasoline Ally Museum, Heritage Town Square

  • Banff and Lake Louise: Explore Canada’s National Park including Bow Falls, Tunnel Mountain, a breathtaking Gondola ride to the peak of Sulphur Mountain. Then travel on to the glacier fed Lake Louise with a stop at Chateau Lake Louise

  • Travel the Canadian Rocky Mountaineer Train from Alberta to British Columbia in Silver Class. Spend the day traveling through Spiral Tunnels, Cross the Continental Divide, Roger Pass and view glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Overnight in Kamloops. Board the train again to continue your adventure where you will follow the Thompson River through Fraser Canyon and “Hells Gate” to the city of Vancouver

  • Vancouver; Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city, Vancouver's North Shore & Stanley Park. Visit the Museum of Anthropology and the Gulf of Georgia Cannery

  • Round out your trip with a cruise sailing though the inner harbor through Burrard Inlet and on to Indian Arm, a coastal mountain fjord. Enjoy a buffet lunch with spectacular views of pristine waterfalls, lush forests and panoramic vista and wildlife.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Protection Plan (TPP) is offered by the vendor for  $569 pp/db

Travel Insurance purchase must be made at the time of your registration.

To purchase the Travel Protection Plan , check it off on the Registration Form and make the check out to Colonial Heritage Travel Club 

The insurance will be processed by the vendor and a booking number will be provided for your insurance policy.

PASSPORT INFORMATION

 

This trip requires a valid passport in order to travel into Canada.

PASSPORTS must be valid for six months after the RETURN date of any tour requiring a passport to travel. 

For this trip your passport must be valid until March 13, 2026

GOLD LEAF SERVICE

 

The Gold Leaf Service is available on this rail tour for an additional cost of $1,050.00 per person.

(Limited to 20 spots)

NOTE: If you are traveling as a couple or sharing a room, both travelers must take the Gold Leaf Service. 

(Guaranteed Share Rate is not available for Gold Leaf Service)

So what is the Rocky Mountaineer and the difference between the Silver Leaf and the Gold Leaf Service?

The Rocky Mountaineer is a luxury train service that offers two levels of service: Gold Leaf and Silver Leaf. We were able to find some detailed information about both the Gold Leaf and the Silver Leaf Service levels (thanks to the internet!)

The Gold Leaf Service travelers will not be with the rest of the Colonial Heritage Travel Club group while traveling on the Rocky Mountaineer or in the hotel in Kamloops. They are with the rest of the group in Alberta and British Columbia
